black screen

if i start the game. i only get a black screen...
can someone help?

same here, just installed game, launching and got only black screen.

Same issue here. I am still on Windows 7, could it be related to that, or possibly to DirectX 11 vs 12? What are your OS and DX versions?

Problem persists after update and reboot, logs sent.

We just encountered the error. Looks like the problem is with publisher | studio logo is not start playing and it block game execution. Do you have any video codecs installed?
